Training
We have a complete equine training program to start and finish your horse at Carousel Stables. A training program to get your horse ready for the horse show or to get you back in the saddle .

English & Western.

Give your horse a successful & gentletrainer. We work with all breeds. Problem horses and Riders with problems welcome.

Randy Propper uses a highly successful method that involves kindness, repetition and consistancy. Horses are worked inside and out. With other horses and alone. He welcomes the owner to be present for all stages. This way the owner can use the same methods for continued success. He encourages owners to take lessons so they learn the cues to signal the horse. This avoids any confusion when the horse is ridden at home.

He has started Thoroughbreds for the track and restarted off the track thoroughbreds.
He has a lengthy show record that covers all classes from jumping, hunt seat, western pleasure, showmanship, halter, lunge line, trail & all games

The horse learns basic voice commands, is line driven & when accepting is backed with a saddle & a side pull. We don't use a bit until the horse is understanding the commands . This keeps the mouth as soft as possible.

All horses deserve a good quiet start under saddle. We work with all breeds, from Draft horses to Arabians.We start Thoroughbreds for the track. We leg up Thoroughbreds.
The problem horse is put on a regular routine with a lot of special care in the handling. Randy's training method will give the horse lots of repeated work and consistant handling. The horse learns that we do not use harsh methods.

All horses learn at different levels depending on the breed and past experience. Give your horse a total confidence building start and finish with no destructive gaps.
